Dreams, Dreams, Dreams.

Lately I’ve been dreaming so lucidly that I engage on somnambulant activities around my house and end up waking up in different places. Last night I woke up under the kitchen table. I dreamt that the world had been destroyed by a major tragedy that involved all types of natural disasters. Living in that world was similar to living in a sewer. Everything was covered with water, boats became the medium of transportation and rats were crawling through everything. It felt sad!

In all the mayhem I saw a baby sleeping in an upside down table that was drifting through the waters. The table in my dream looked exactly as my kitchen’s table and the baby looked like Cassandra, a baby I met this year at a brass concert. In the dream she sucked her thumb and slept, very unaware of what the world had become. I paddled my big square of wood towards the table, grabbed her and carried her on my shoulder for the rest of the dream, while drifting away to an unknown
